Thanet College uses this Map. We bought it originally to support the curriculum but so far have used it for Project work. The first thing we did was make a College Chart with names and photos and then published it as as Web page on our Intranet. The SMT liked that so we produced a map of critical dates in out planning cycle. We found the tie in to Putlokk that allows us to generate tasks against dates with automated emails as reminders as the date approaches. Maps move you towards this very visiual 'project' feel. Because we can export maps to other formats we will use it to promote more usage once we have some time and space to explore with teaching staff. So fare very plesed with it. Education always gets the 'pro' model at 'basic' price.
