To edit a page, find the page to edit and click on the 'edit this page button'. Add, delete, alter text etc then click on Update.

To add a new page, type the text that will be the hyperlink into a page inside square brackets [], and click update. The hyperlink you have just added should appear as red underlined text. Click on this to edit this newly created page, click on update when done.

To add formatting. There are various formatting options, if you click on 'Wiki Style' at the top of the screen it lists some of these options. e.g. to make something into a heading put exclamation marks (!) either side of it.
